简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目为确保储备土地四至范围完整，边界清晰；保障看护区域地块不受侵犯、维持保障土地现状；严禁看护地块出现违规乱搭乱建、违法偷土、倒土、倾倒建筑、生活垃圾等违法违规行为发生。看护单位对看护区域地块进行分岗、分责任、轮动巡查看护。看护单位需制定“看护方案、突发事件处理流程、土地看护巡查记录、土地看护巡查标准”，同时设置项目管理人员组织机构，以便于高效的进行管护工作。土地看护单位需根据土地区域实际情况，充分考虑并配备固定岗、巡逻岗、机动车辆、无人机等相关土地看护人力物力。

The protection unit needs to formulate "protection plans, emergency event handling, land protection patrol records, land protection patrol standards", and set up a project management organization to facilitate efficient management and protection work. The land protection unit needs to fully consider equip fixed posts, patrol posts, mobile vehicles, drones, and other related land protection manpower and material resources according to the actual situation of the land area

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for SME policies: This project, consisting of two packages, Package A: 2025 Full-area Patrol of Reserved Land ( of S2) and Package B: 2025 Full-area Patrol of Reserved Land (south of S2), is specifically designed for procurement from SMEs. the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises will no longer enjoy a 10% price discount.
(2) Support for welfare institutions for the disabled, treating them par with small and micro enterprises, etc.
