合同履约期限：自2025年5月29日至2026年5月28日。（本项目一次采购三年有效，合同一年一签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。）

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
4、具备省市级公安部门核发的有效的“保安服务许可证”；
5、本项目不允许转包。
注：外省单位若中标后，应当自开始保安服务之前 30 个工作日内向上海市公安部门备案登记。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Having a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; 5. This project does not allow subcontracting. Note: If a unit from another province wins the bid, it shall register with the Shanghai Public Security Department within 30 working days before starting security services.
